WHEN WILL THE PROJECT START?
We schedule the free consultation with you as soon as we receive your logo request. After the consultation with you on design direction, and once we receive your payment, we get started on your project.
WHEN CAN I SEE MY FIRST PROOF?
Your proof will be presented to you within 2-4 business days after we start work on your design.
WHAT'S IN THE BRAND GUIDELINES?
All the color, font and layout information of your new logo is included in the Brand Guidelines. This allows you to use it anywhere you want to and still keep your logo and branding looking consistent no matter products or printing you need to have done.
CAN YOU REDO MY EXISTING LOGO?
Yes, of course. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your logo request.
WHAT FILES ARE INCLUDED IN MY LOGO PACKAGE?
You will get optimized png or jpeg RGB color files for the Web: (JPEG, PNG-transparent) and high-resolution, scalable vector files for printing (PDF, EPS) in CMYK colors.
