Bill is a hands-on owner when it comes to printing and customer service. His favorite thing is helping people grow their businesses so it’s likely you’ll meet him coming or going when you become a client.
As the leader of TAABS, Bill provides direction, values and his expertise from a long career in the printing industry. Bill worked his way through college at printing jobs and his career included printing work with corporations such as Kodak, Fuji Film, and International Paper. He purchased TAABS in 2007 and has continued the legacy of quality business printing and customer service in Tyler. When there’s a challenging print job in the house, Bill will be rolling up his sleeves.
Tom’s entire career, over forty years, has been in the offset and digital printing industry. His expertise is incredibly valuable for the printing projects at TAABS. He does a lot of the heavy lifting to make sure everything starts and ends exactly right and on time.
He’s perfect at the dynamic pace of the printing business and leads the team in the digital printing projects from business cards to books, menus or custom decals. If you ask him how he juggles it all, he just says he loves printing. As a client, you will be so glad he’s on the job.
Mitchell meets with clients to discuss their design goals for logos, brochures, menus, signs or any other marketing material they may need. He’s fast paced with a focus on excellence that both clients and co-workers appreciate.
He’s from Golden, Texas and a TJC graduate who loves the work and customers at TAABS where he says there is never a dull moment.
Richard is on the graphics team at TAABS. His design skills were developed through years of corporate work before he went into freelancing. Missing the team environment, he came to TAABS and brought his great skills to the design process here. He loves the fast-paced work and variety of customer jobs from signs to t-shirts— no two days are the same and that’s what he likes best. His flexibility is what our customers like, too.
He’s been a Texan for 22 years and his favorite outings with the family are to the area parks and wherever the kids can swim.

Debbie helps bring your business visions to life. She coordinates, leads, develops and trains the account managers to deliver exceptional services to you. She is passionate about helping your business be the most successful in your industry. With a broad background in marketing for a variety of industries, she’s a great help to TAABS’ clients and employees.
Did we mention Debbie is also passionate about animals? She likes all kinds of them, including bulldogs, blue heelers, chihuahuas, chickens, goats, Guineas and even fish. Debbie is a native Texan and she and her family, along with lots of animal friends, live on a farm in east Texas.
Ashley grew up with a background in the arts where she learned how to bring flair to everything she does. She’s exceptional at knowing how to stand out in a crowd and brings this expertise to your business marketing. You want her to be your new social media marketing manager starting right now.
Ashley has over ten years of experience in social media management and over twenty years in direct marketing. Networking socially and digitally is her strong suit and you will be amazed at how she can get you and your business connected.
Lauralynn tames the paperwork taking care of everything from order entry, vendor relations, invoicing and accounting, she is a critical part of the TAABS’ team. She gets you set up in the client files and works out all your payment details. She is a great team player and enjoys the friendly, professional group she works with at TAABS.
When Lauralynn’s not helping someone at TAABS, she’s a traveler heading for an art museum, interesting movie or off to buy a new book.
Your initial meeting at TAABS may be with Nikki and you’ll be glad if it is. She meets with you to help grow your business using her creative ideas, setting up your print products, helping you move through the ordering, buying and delivery stages. She can help you with any print, promotional product, banners or apparel items. Anything you will use to brand and market your company, including business cards and letterhead is on her to do list.
Nikki is an architectural student at TJC and when she’s not helping you or studying you can find her with friends over at the lake.
For over ten years Michael’s been serving TAABS’ customers with his expertise in print products. From press operator in the printing press days to his current position overseeing the bindery services, he has used his skills to provide quality products. Michael works on the final stages of everything from annual reports and manuals to brochures and menus. His work encompasses cutting, folding, booking, scoring, or binding all printed products. He also makes sure you get your order as he oversees all product delivery, as well as shipping and receiving.
Michael does a job that few people see but is critical to making sure the final products look good when they get to TAABS’ customers. When you see your order, you’ll see what we mean and be really glad he’s on the job.
